Now that you know the basics, let’s delve into the nitty-gritty of our booking process. It’s a breeze, really! All you have to do is drop us a message on WhatsApp, sharing your desired date, time, and location. I, or one of our friendly team members will get back to you faster than you can say “Recharge Mobile Spa” (well, almost!). We’ll work our magic to find the perfect spot for you in our schedule.
But wait, there’s more! We believe in tailoring our services to your unique needs. So, feel free to let us know if you have any specific preferences or if there’s a particular treatment you’re yearning for. Step 1: When reaching out to us, please clearly state the treatment you’re interested in. Whether it’s a massage, facial, or beauty session, let us know your specific needs and any unique concerns you may have. We’re here to tailor the experience just for you.
Step 2: Provide us with details about your location. Let us know the area you’re in, where you’re staying, or any additional information about your location. If possible, send us a location pin to ensure our therapists can find you easily.
Step 3: Share with us your preferred day and time for the appointment. We’ll do our best to accommodate your ideal time slot within our operating hours of 7 am to 7 pm, Monday to Sunday. Please keep in mind that appointments scheduled after 7 pm will incur an additional fee of R250. We’re open on all public holidays except December 25th.
Step 4: Once we have your treatment preferences, location details, and preferred time, we’ll check the availability of our therapists in your area. We’ll ensure that the assigned therapist is in close proximity to your location and possesses the necessary skills and equipment to provide you with an exceptional experience.
Step 5: After confirming the therapist’s availability, we’ll send you an invoice. Once we receive proof of payment, we’ll send you a confirmation of your booking. Please take note of our cancellation policy. We understand that life can be unpredictable, but it’s your responsibility to cancel appointments at least 24 hours in advance to avoid being charged. Late cancellations will result in a 100% charge of the booked treatment value.
Step 6: Get ready to indulge in luxury! Your chosen therapist, carefully selected by me, your booking agent Judy, will arrive at your location, be it your home, hotel, or guesthouse. They’ll bring their talent, expertise, and the necessary supplies to provide you with a blissful spa treatment in the comfort of your surroundings.
